Meet the Team

Dr. Brian Pontarelli

The Founder and President of Rhode Island Aesthetics, Dr. Brian Pontarelli is a board certified surgeon and fellow in The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Brian has been in practice for over 20 years, and has branched out into the medical aesthetics space in more recent years. He is a proud graduate of LaSalle Academy, Providence College, and Temple University.

Beth Walker

Beth is a licensed medical aesthetician with over 20 years of experience. Her expertise includes certifications in working with a variety of lasers for skin resurfacing, skin tightening, acne scar removal, melasma and sun spots, chemical peels, and has partnered with some of the top medical-grade skincare product lines to customize regimens for each of her patient's needs. Beth is very knowledgeable and dedicated to providing patients with the best corrective skincare regimens, complemented with her warm personality.

Stephany Ghazal

Stephany began her nursing career in 2010 as a top-graduate Registered Nurse in Beirut, Lebanon. She spent seven years working in various medical settings, including the ICU/CCU, and hospital management. After relocating to the USA and passing her board exams, and she worked at TMH for two years in the SCU. Throughout her hospital career, she demonstrated humble confidence, professionalism, and a fierce advocacy for each of her patients. She excelled as a nurse manager before pursuing her passion for aesthetics. She has since become an expert with competitive certifications in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and PRP/Microneedling from the National Laser Institute.

Michelle LeVeillee

As Medical Director/Vice-President of Rhode Island Aesthetics, Inc. she is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with an additional certification in Pain Management. She completed an undergraduate degree from Providence College, in 2006. When finding that her passion was in nursing, she completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree in 2012, and went on to obtain her Master’s in Nursing in 2018, both from Rhode Island College. She began her nursing career in medical-surgical units at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI, worked for a period as a Nursing Supervisor at The Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI, and returned to Rhode Island Hospital to finish her nursing career until she became a NP and began working in Primary Care for Chartercare. Michelle currently works at The Miriam Hospital for the Surgical Services Department working closely with the Brown Anesthesiology Department caring for postoperative patients. Always a proponent of furthering her own education, a desire to learn new things, and an increasing interest in skin care and medical grade skin care, she obtained a certification in medical aesthetics in 2021. With over 12 years of nursing experience, Michelle is constantly looking to gain new knowledge in the latest technology, practices, and skills to provide and work together with her patients to obtain their goals and the best outcomes.

Amanda Trottier

Amanda is a lifelong Rhode Island resident, and completed her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 2004. She then continued her education to complete her Nursing degree at Rhode Island College obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. She began her nursing career with the Department of Veteran Affairs in Providence, RI in nursing school and then transitioning to working in a step-down/medical-surgical unit for 10 years. When not at Rhode Island Aesthetics, she works as a Cardiac Care ICU nurse at the Veterans hospital in Boston, MA. Amanda serves as a preceptor/mentor for new Nurse residents, new ICU nurses, and fellow aesthetic nurses.
Amanda became interested in merging her clinical experience with aesthetes when she learned about medical skin conditions and was exposed to the world of medical-grade skincare and injectables as a patient herself. It was here where she discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine. Since then, Amanda started her work in aesthetics in 2020 getting certified in Botox and fillers. Amanda is committed to lifelong education. She is dedicated to learning techniques by attending conferences and taking extensive educational courses.
Amanda has over thirteen years of nursing experience. Amanda is passionate about providing patients with holistic care and enjoys collaborating with patients to develop treatment plans which focus on patient goals. Her favorite treatments to give (and get!) are neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra and any collagen-boosting procedures such as PRP/PRF injections.

Kyla Collins

Kyla Collins embarked on her nursing journey in 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA, specializing in emergency medicine and gaining experience in various emergency rooms over a span of seven years. She then went on to continue her education at MCPHS University in Boston and is now a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is also currently working part-time in a dermatology office where she is committed to enhancing skin health. Since 2007, she has proudly served in the Air Force Reserves, gaining experience in many environments, including a tour in Afghanistan. Kyla is passionate about empowering others to look and feel their best, while supporting them during their unique weight-loss and wellness endeavors.
